Introduction

The only personal data accessible by All4Zero (hereinafter,“All4Zero”) is data voluntarily provided by the interested party using a form for companies interested in joining the All4Zero initiative. In these cases and with regard to data expressly indicated as such to the interested party, if data is not provided, we cannot offer the requested services to the interested party. 

To comply with the current legislation (principally, EU Regulation 2016/679 on General Data Protection Regulation and the additional European or country-specific law developed regularly), All4Zero has adopted the technical and organizational measures necessary to maintain the level of security required to process personal data. Likewise, it is equipped with the specific mechanisms available to avoid, as much as possible, unauthorized access, theft and illegal modifications as well as data loss.

II.- For what purpose and legitimacy is your data processed? The only personal data processing, regardless of any possible association with the website’s cookies, is limited to data that may be included in the information request form about All4Zero’s initiatives and/or potential participation of new companies in the collaborative consortium by their representatives, with the aim of managing, processing and attending to these requests, which includes sending non-business correspondence regarding the response to said requests. Legitimacy when carrying out data processing shall be the consent of interested parties when filling out and sending this form.

III.- How long will we save your data?

We will only process your personal data when it is necessary to complete the objective for which it was provided, as long as you do not request its erasure earlier and as long as its erasure is necessary to comply with legal obligations or for defending All4Zero’s legal interests.

  • those who potentially join afterward, for the following purposes: i) when we are asked to analyze, evaluate, and manage, as necessary, your candidacy to join All4Zero; and/or ii) to receive, manage and correctly respond to requests for information that you have provided to us.

V.- What are your rights once your data has been provided?

The interested party may exercise, if desired, rights to access, rectify, or erase data, as well as to request a limit on the processing of his or her personal data, reject this right, request data portability, and also request not to be included in automated individual decisions via the following means:
